Description

A delightful side dish that combines sweet corn with a creamy texture, perfect for Thanksgiving or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) of sweet corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) of creamed corn
  • 1 package (8.5 oz) of corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sweet corn, creamed corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. If desired, add in the shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  6. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm as a side dish for Thanksgiving or family gatherings. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
