Ingredients
- Rice paper wrappers
- Cooked chicken breast, shredded
- Lettuce leaves
- Rice vermicelli noodles, cooked
- Fresh herbs (like mint and cilantro)
- Sliced cucumber
- Sliced bell peppers
- Peanut sauce or hoisin sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients by slicing the vegetables and cooking the rice vermicelli noodles.
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water and dip a rice paper wrapper for about 10-15 seconds or until soft.
- Lay the wrapper flat on a clean surface.
- Add a lettuce leaf, a small amount of chicken, noodles, herbs, and sliced vegetables to the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides over and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve with peanut sauce or hoisin sauce for dipping.
Notes
For best results, use fresh ingredients and avoid overfilling the rolls. Practice wrapping for perfect rolls.
