Ingredients
1 pound strawberries, tops removed and quartered
3 mandarin oranges, peeled
20 ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 mango, peeled and cubed
1 banana, peeled and sliced (add just before serving)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces cool whip, thawed
3.4 ounces cheesecake instant pudding mix
1 cup milk
Instructions
Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened.
Fold in softened cream cheese until smooth.
Gently mix in cooled whip with a rubber spatula.
In a large bowl, combine drained pineapple, strawberries, oranges, kiwi, and mango.
Fold in the cream cheese mixture just until fully combined.
Chill for 1 hour.
Gently stir in bananas before serving (to prevent browning).
Notes
Use fresh fruit at peak ripeness for best flavor.
Ensure pineapple is well-drained to avoid a runny salad.
Combine ingredients in a single layer for even mixing.
Substitute spiced or neutral non-dairy whip if avoiding animal products.
Chill salad up to 24 hours ahead, adding bananas fresh for plating.
