Description

These sliders feature tender chicken tossed in zesty buffalo sauce, topped with gooey cheese, all nestled between soft slider buns. Ideal for sharing, these spicy bites pack a flavor punch.


Ingredients

  • 9 pack slider buns
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Franks buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 baking sheet or casserole dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika until well combined.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the lined baking sheet.
  4. Divide the chicken filling evenly between all the buns. Top with shredded cheese and close with the top halves of the buns.
  5. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of the buns with this mixture using a pastry brush.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden and the cheese has melted.
  7. Cut the sliders and serve immediately with your desired sides while still hot.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time and adjust spice levels by altering the amount of buffalo sauce used.
