Description

A delightful and hassle-free meal that combines succulent shrimp, tender potatoes, juicy sausage, and sweet corn, all seasoned with Old Bay seasoning and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound small red potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound sausage, sliced
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the shrimp, potatoes, sausage, and corn in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and vegetables, and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
