Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound small red potatoes, halved
- 1 pound sausage, sliced
- 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the shrimp, potatoes, sausage, and corn in a large bowl.
- Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and vegetables, and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
