Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a separate bowl and fold them into the wet mixture.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
