Delightful no-bake chocolate and coconut balls perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 can (300ml/14oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for rolling
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until well mixed.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour to firm it up.
- Once chilled, scoop portions and roll them into 1 1/4-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for extra texture.
- Place on a baking sheet and chill until firm before serving.
Notes
For variations, add nuts, mint extract, or dried fruits to the mixture. For easier rolling, dampen your hands.
