Description

Delightful no-bake chocolate and coconut balls perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (300ml/14oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for rolling
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until well mixed.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour to firm it up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop portions and roll them into 1 1/4-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for extra texture.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and chill until firm before serving.

Notes

For variations, add nuts, mint extract, or dried fruits to the mixture. For easier rolling, dampen your hands.
