Description

Crispy egg rolls filled with a creamy jalapeno and cheese mixture, perfect for parties and snacks.


Ingredients

  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Cream cheese
  • Jalapenos (chopped and seeded)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil (for frying)


Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Place a small amount of the filling onto the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over, and seal tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
