Ingredients
- Egg roll wrappers
- Cream cheese
- Jalapenos (chopped and seeded)
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Place a small amount of the filling onto the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over, and seal tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
