Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheese, flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
