Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the corn muffin mix, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Stir until well mixed.
- If desired, fold in shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use a combination of different cheeses or add chopped jalapeños for a spicy kick.
