Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the corn muffin mix, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Stir until well mixed.
  4. If desired, fold in shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a combination of different cheeses or add chopped jalapeños for a spicy kick.
