Description

A vibrant, creamy salad blending sweet seedless grapes with a tangy cream cheese dressing, topped with a crunchy pecan and brown sugar streusel. Perfectly balanced, this crowd-pleaser shines at picnics with minimal prep and maximum flavor.


Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 pounds seedless red grapes
2 pounds seedless green grapes
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans


Instructions

Beat softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth
Halve grapes, if large; add to dressing base and gently mix until evenly coated
Toss 1 cup pecans into salad mixture
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup pecans and light brown sugar over the salad
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving
