Dry macaroni noodles

Large hard-boiled eggs
2, finely diced
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Sour cream
1/4 cup
Sweet pickle juice
1 tbsp
White vinegar (non-alcoholic alternative)
1 tbsp
Dijon mustard
1 tsp
Sugar
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp
Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente
Rinse under cold water, drain, and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking
In a large bowl, combine gherkins, red bell pepper, celery, and soaked red onion
Add diced hard-boiled eggs (cooled)
Whisk dressing: mix mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, white vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until smooth
Pour dressing over pasta and vegetables, toss until well-coated
