Description
French Dip Sliders are a delightful twist on the classic sandwich, featuring tender roast beef, caramelized onions, and gooey cheese, served with rich au jus for dipping.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Roast beef
- 12 Slider buns
- 1 cup Caramelized onions
- 1 cup Cheese (optional)
- 1 cup Au jus (for dipping)
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Caramelize the onions in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Layer slices of roast beef and caramelized onions on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Add cheese on top of the meat, if desired.
- Combine melted butter with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then brush the mixture over the top halves of the buns.
- Place the tops on the sliders and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the buns are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve with au jus for dipping.
Notes
Use quality roast beef for the best flavor. Sliders can be made in advance and stored for later baking.
