Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) package coleslaw mix
1/2 medium sweet onion
1 cup dill pickles (finely chopped)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons pickle juice
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
Prepare the coleslaw mix according to package instructions
Finely dice the sweet onion
Chop dill pickles into small pieces
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickle juice, dried dill, garlic powder, and salt
Add coleslaw mix, onion, and chopped pickles to bowl
Toss until dressing coats all ingredients
