A warm, creamy dip that brings the iconic flavors of a Big Mac to your table, perfect for gatherings and game days.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain any excess grease.
- In the crockpot, combine the cooked beef, both cheeses, diced pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and pickle juice. Stir well.
- Set the crockpot to LOW and cook for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once creamy and melted, switch the crockpot to the WARM setting and serve directly from it.
- Optionally, garnish with sesame seeds, shredded lettuce, or additional pickles before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, consider adding diced jalapeños or hot sauce. Shredding your own cheese can improve texture.
