Description

A warm, creamy dip that brings the iconic flavors of a Big Mac to your table, perfect for gatherings and game days.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain any excess grease.
  2. In the crockpot, combine the cooked beef, both cheeses, diced pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and pickle juice. Stir well.
  3. Set the crockpot to LOW and cook for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once creamy and melted, switch the crockpot to the WARM setting and serve directly from it.
  5. Optionally, garnish with sesame seeds, shredded lettuce, or additional pickles before serving.

Notes

For a spicy kick, consider adding diced jalapeños or hot sauce. Shredding your own cheese can improve texture.
