Description

Deliciously crispy roasted baby potatoes coated with Parmesan cheese, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • Baby potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before seasoning and roasting. You can also experiment with different seasonings like paprika or rosemary.
