Description
Crispy and creamy Crab Rangoon appetizers that are perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Place a teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over, and seal tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wontons in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer to regain crispiness.
