Description

Crispy and creamy Crab Rangoon appetizers that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over, and seal tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the wontons in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer to regain crispiness.
