Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create a wrap. In the same non-stick pan, grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the pan, cut each wrap in half, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
