Bite-sized versions of the classic fast-food favorite, perfect for parties and family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pickles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into small patties that fit the slider buns.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and pickle relish to create the sauce.
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Add the cooked patties on top, then spread the sauce, add lettuce, cheese, and top with pickles.
- Cover with the top half of the buns and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Quality ground beef (80/20) yields juicier sliders. Customize with additional toppings to fit your preference.
