Description

Bite-sized versions of the classic fast-food favorite, perfect for parties and family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pickles for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into small patties that fit the slider buns.
  3. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and pickle relish to create the sauce.
  5. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Add the cooked patties on top, then spread the sauce, add lettuce, cheese, and top with pickles.
  6. Cover with the top half of the buns and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Quality ground beef (80/20) yields juicier sliders. Customize with additional toppings to fit your preference.
