Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (certified gluten-free if needed)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup (grade A amber preferred)
- 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Pour in the milk and add the maple syrup. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into an airtight container or a mason jar.
- Seal the container and refrigerate the oats overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Enjoy your delicious, nutritious breakfast on the go!
