Description

Delicious cookies that combine sweet and salty flavors with white chocolate chips, toffee bits, and crunchy pretzels.


Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • 1 egg
  • 2¾ cups Bisquick
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup toffee bits
  • ½ cup chopped pretzels


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line baking pans with parchment paper.
  2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together brown sugar, white sugar, and butter until fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg. Add Bisquick and vanilla.
  4. Stir in white chocolate chips, toffee bits, and pretzels.
  5. Using a large cookie scoop, scoop dough onto baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container. They last about a week at room temperature or can be frozen for longer storage.
