Description

Soft and chewy white chocolate chip cookies that are perfect for any occasion. A delightful treat loved by both kids and adults!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment or a large bowl with an electric hand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the egg to the butter mixture and mix until well incorporated. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
  4. Add the flour and baking soda to the bowl and mix again until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and mix until combined.
  6. Use a small ice cream scoop (equivalent to 2 tablespoons) to scoop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-11 minutes or until the edges are a light golden brown. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  8. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use softened butter and don’t over-mix after adding flour.
