Description
Soft and chewy white chocolate chip cookies that are perfect for any occasion. A delightful treat loved by both kids and adults!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment or a large bowl with an electric hand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the egg to the butter mixture and mix until well incorporated. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
- Add the flour and baking soda to the bowl and mix again until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and mix until combined.
- Use a small ice cream scoop (equivalent to 2 tablespoons) to scoop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes or until the edges are a light golden brown. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes
For best results, use softened butter and don’t over-mix after adding flour.
