A visually stunning and refreshing layered fruit salad with creamy layers, packed with vitamins and nutrients. Perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, cut
  • 1 cup black grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup orange segments
  • 1 cup kiwi, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt
  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Mint leaves for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream mix by combining Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a glass bowl, start layering. Begin with a layer of strawberries, followed by a generous layer of the cream mix.
  3. Add a layer of black grapes, followed by more cream mix, then orange segments, and another layer of cream mix.
  4. Next, add the pineapple cubes, then another layer of cream mix, and finally top it off with kiwi slices.
  5. For the final touch, add some blueberries and strawberry halves on top.
  6. Decorate with mint leaves for color.
  7. Chill the salad in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes to let the layers set nicely.
  8. Serve directly from the bowl with a spoon.
