Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, cut
- 1 cup black grapes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup orange segments
- 1 cup kiwi, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple, cubes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1.5 cups Greek yogurt
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Mint leaves for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare the cream mix by combining Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
- In a glass bowl, start layering. Begin with a layer of strawberries, followed by a generous layer of the cream mix.
- Add a layer of black grapes, followed by more cream mix, then orange segments, and another layer of cream mix.
- Next, add the pineapple cubes, then another layer of cream mix, and finally top it off with kiwi slices.
- For the final touch, add some blueberries and strawberry halves on top.
- Decorate with mint leaves for color.
- Chill the salad in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes to let the layers set nicely.
- Serve directly from the bowl with a spoon.
