Description

A delightful blend of black tea, aromatic spices, and frothy milk that warms the soul and excites the senses.


Ingredients

  • 2 Black tea bags
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Cardamom
  • ¼ tsp Cloves
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • Brown sugar or honey (to taste)


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the water, tea bags, and spices. Bring it to a boil, then let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat and carefully remove the tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for an additional 5 minutes to enhance the flavor.
  3. In another saucepan, gradually heat the milk over medium-low heat, being cautious not to let it come to a boil.
  4. Use a frother or a whisk to froth the milk until it’s light and foamy.
  5. Strain the spiced tea mixture into a mug, stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener of your choice. Pour the frothed milk on top, giving it a gentle swirl.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, try almond, oat, or soy milk. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
