A delightful blend of black tea, aromatic spices, and frothy milk that warms the soul and excites the senses.
Ingredients
- 2 Black tea bags
- ¾ cup Water
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Ginger
- ½ tsp Cardamom
- ¼ tsp Cloves
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- Brown sugar or honey (to taste)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the water, tea bags, and spices. Bring it to a boil, then let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and carefully remove the tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for an additional 5 minutes to enhance the flavor.
- In another saucepan, gradually heat the milk over medium-low heat, being cautious not to let it come to a boil.
- Use a frother or a whisk to froth the milk until it’s light and foamy.
- Strain the spiced tea mixture into a mug, stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener of your choice. Pour the frothed milk on top, giving it a gentle swirl.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, try almond, oat, or soy milk. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
