Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed crunchy vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
- 1/2 cup peanut sauce
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- Lettuce leaves (e.g., romaine or butter lettuce)
- Chopped cilantro (optional)
- Chopped peanuts (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the peanut sauce until well coated.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Place a lettuce leaf in the center of each tortilla, then add a portion of the chicken-peanut mixture and a handful of mixed veggies.
