Delicious and easy-to-make Taco Ranch Bites are perfect for parties or a quick family meal, featuring seasoned meat, creamy ranch dressing, and melted cheese on a crunchy base.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Small tortilla chips or mini taco shells
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions, mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
- On each tortilla chip or in each mini taco shell, add a spoonful of the seasoned meat mixture, then top with the ranch mixture and shredded cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
