Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Taco Ranch Bites are perfect for parties or a quick family meal, featuring seasoned meat, creamy ranch dressing, and melted cheese on a crunchy base.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Small tortilla chips or mini taco shells


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions, mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
  5. On each tortilla chip or in each mini taco shell, add a spoonful of the seasoned meat mixture, then top with the ranch mixture and shredded cheese.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
