Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar cookie dough
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled sugar cookie crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Before serving, decorate with sprinkles if desired.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing and don’t skip the chilling time.
