Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 3 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, corn, sour cream, taco seasoning, diced bell peppers, and half of the shredded cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
