Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder (strawberry flavor)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, coconut flour, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Add in the cream cheese (or Greek yogurt), maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and form a thick, sticky mixture.
- Gently fold in the freeze-dried strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the rolled balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them set.
- Serve these delightful protein balls as a nutritious post-workout snack or a healthier dessert option.
Notes
Chill cream cheese before mixing for better texture. Add more almond or coconut flour if the mixture is too wet. Adjust sweetness and texture by testing a small ball before rolling the rest.
