  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
  5. Blend the cream cheese for the cheesecake filling until smooth.
  6. Add sugar, vanilla, flour, and sour cream; mix until fully combined.
  7. Make the cinnamon sugar mixture by combining brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  8. Prepare the butter until softened.
  9. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, approximately 16 by 12 inches.
  10. Spread the softened butter over the dough.
  11. Add the cheesecake mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
  12. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the cheesecake layer.

  14. Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
  15. Let the rolls rise for 30-45 minutes until puffed.
  16. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  17. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  18. Cool for 10 minutes before icing.
