Ingredients
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
- Season with avocado oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place in the air fryer skin side down and air fry for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- After 15 minutes, carefully baste the chicken with the sauce 3 times.
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest before serving.
