Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup bourbon (or chicken broth for a non-alcohol substitute)
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for at least 30 minutes before use)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and bourbon.
- Add chicken to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your grill or oven broiler.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Cook skewers on the grill or under the broiler for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is fully cooked and caramelized.
