Description

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dye-free sprinkles
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
