Ingredients
- 4 garlic bread bowls
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups pasta sauce (your choice)
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti with pasta sauce and vegetables if using.
- Hollow out the garlic bread bowls slightly, if needed, to fit the spaghetti mixture.
- Fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture and top with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Place the filled bowls on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy your cozy dinner!
