Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and let the sauce thicken for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the dried thyme and return the pork chops to the skillet, letting them simmer in the sauce for an additional 5-7 minutes until cooked through and tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
