Description

A comforting dish of boneless pork chops smothered in a rich and creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and let the sauce thicken for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the dried thyme and return the pork chops to the skillet, letting them simmer in the sauce for an additional 5-7 minutes until cooked through and tender.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or with steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
