Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby carrots
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the baby carrots in a slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, melted butter, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the honey mixture over the carrots and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the carrots are tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop until heated through.
