Description

Sweet and buttery slow cooker carrots coated in a honey glaze, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Place the baby carrots in a slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, melted butter, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the carrots and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the carrots are tender.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
