Description

A comforting, hearty meal made in a slow cooker, combining tender beef and perfectly cooked noodles.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups egg noodles
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the chopped onion, beef broth, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 480 minutes or until the beef is tender.
  4. Remove the beef, shred it with two forks, and return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Stir in the egg noodles and cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
