Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Rub the pork shoulder with the smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork in the slow cooker on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour the BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 480-600 minutes or until the pork is tender and easily shreds.
- Shred the pork with two forks, mixing it with the juices in the slow cooker before serving.
