Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 banana (mashed, optional for sweetness)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in the almond milk and maple syrup until well combined. If using, fold in the mashed banana.
  4. Pour the mixture into a ramekin or small baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the oats are set.
  7. Let cool slightly before enjoying.

Notes

Use a ramekin for even baking. Adjust sweetness by changing the amount of maple syrup or banana.
