Description

Easy bite-sized treats of creamy ricotta and fresh spinach wrapped in puff pastry, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of mini puff pastry squares
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup of chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out puff pastry squares and cut into desired shapes.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese and spinach mixture on each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Brush with egg wash and drizzle olive oil on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes
