Ingredients
- 1 package of mini puff pastry squares
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out puff pastry squares and cut into desired shapes.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese and spinach mixture on each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash and drizzle olive oil on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
