Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them on one side of a sheet pan.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, and place them on the other side of the sheet pan.
