Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread them out on a sheet pan.
- In the same bowl, coat the chicken breasts in garlic butter, then place them on the sheet pan with the veggies.
