Ingredients
- 2 bone-in pork chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
- Once the skillet is hot, add the pork chops and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Let the pork chops sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking for even results.
