Description

Ingredients

  • 2 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
  4. Once the skillet is hot, add the pork chops and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Let the pork chops sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking for even results.
