Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions to the skillet and sauté until they become translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they start to soften, around 4-5 minutes.
- Add the zucchini slices and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, if using.
- Sauté for about 5-7 minutes or until the zucchini is tender yet still has a slight crunch.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
