Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 ripe mango
- 1 small red onion
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (about ¼ cup)
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Marinate the salmon in a mixture of soy sauce, maple syrup, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
