Description

A delightful dish combining grilled salmon with refreshing mango salsa, packed with nutrients and colorful ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Grill or cook the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. While the salmon cooks, combine mango, red bell pepper, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro in a bowl. Stir gently to mix.
  5. Serve the salmon topped with the mango salsa.

Notes

Choose wild-caught salmon for better flavor. Store leftovers in separate airtight containers, with salmon lasting 3 days and salsa ideally consumed within 2 days.
