Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
- 4 oz imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 tablespoons sriracha (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Nori sheets (for serving)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice with soy sauce and mix well. Press the rice evenly into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sriracha.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the rice layer.
- Top with flaked salmon and shredded imitation crab.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until heated through.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve warm with nori sheets for wrapping.
Notes
Ensure your sushi rice is sticky enough to hold together well and adjust the level of sriracha based on your spice preference. You can customize by adding other seafood like shrimp or using vegetables for a vegetarian version.
