Description

A hearty and comforting pumpkin chili perfect for chilly days, packed with flavors and nutrients.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth


Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine ground beef or turkey, onion, and garlic. Cook until browned.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and broth.
  3. Stir everything together.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with your choice of toppings.
