Description

A delightful dessert that combines pumpkin and cheesecake for a creamy, fall-inspired treat that’s simple to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 packet sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • Crushed graham crackers or mini pie crusts for serving


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip until well blended.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve in bowls or mini pie crusts topped with crushed graham crackers.

Notes

For added crunch, sprinkle some crushed graham crackers on top right before serving. Can be made gluten-free with appropriate substitutes.
