- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 packet sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 container Cool Whip
- Crushed graham crackers or mini pie crusts for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until well blended.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve in bowls or mini pie crusts topped with crushed graham crackers.
Notes
For added crunch, sprinkle some crushed graham crackers on top right before serving. Can be made gluten-free with appropriate substitutes.
