Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (such as berries, banana, or peach)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a glass or bowl, add a layer of Greek yogurt.
  2. Top with a layer of fresh fruit.
  3. Add a layer of granola.
  4. Repeat layers until the glass is full.
  5. If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup on top.
